Sightseeing
1st bay is simply beautiful and the best place to spot sea turtles, sting rays, and swim in rock pools. There's a chair swing, and fewer people here than on the main beach. There's plenty of shade here too. If you have the time make sure to check out second bay, and third bay. Third is my favourite. Take the trail to Yaroomba, you'll find access to the bays along staircases along the way. These bay beaches are a locals secret and completely stunning.

It's worth walking down here to see all the smiling dogs chasing after balls and splashing about. Puts a smile on my face every time. To get here walk about 1km from the house (left facing the beach)

A nice easy hike and a great view. The trail up the mountain starts at the high school.

Try their macadamia milk flat white. They carry the best sourdough (try the ten acres spelt) - fresh in shop on Saturday and Wednesday. It's also a good place to buy a few bits and bobs to cook with in a pinch.

Go in the evening for acoustic live performance and a super cosy vibe. Sit on the couch drinking pitchers of sangria with friends and sing along to the tunes. The place is tiny so you're likely to strike up a conversation.
