Food scene
Isolina is one of the most popular restaurants because of its quality and true Peruvian flavors, a must. Some recommendations include arriving no later than 12:30pm, seeing as the wait for a table can sum up to 2+ hours if one does not arrive early. Also, each plate of food serves 2 people, which means going with a big group in order to try a little bit of everything is highly recommendable. Some dishes I recommend include: arroz tapado, lomo saltado, ceviche, seco de cabrito and to top it off, a suspiro a la limeña as dessert.

Don't be fooled by Canta Ranita's local market location, this delicious nook of typical Peruvian sea food will blow your mind. As you sit on a wooden stool under a tin can roof, make sure to enjoy an arroz con mariscos, a tiradito apaltado and accompany it with a large Pilsen beer or our traditional soda, Inca Kola.

More than a restaurant, Central is a hub for innovation, inclusion and experience on the food front. In order to eat here, one must make a reservation and choose between two meal possibilities. Take a journey through Peruvian ecosystems or altitudes, on a 16-meal course or 12-meal course, respectively.
