Great coffee shop walking distance from the cabin. Very friendly staff and a cozy room to hang out in while you sip your favorite beverage. They have a very limited breakfast menu, but the items are great. Ice-cream too!

This is probably the most hiked trail in the area, and for good reason. Although it's a relatively steep hike up most of the way, the views offered at the top are stunning. This can usually be hiked year around, with parking along the road surrounding the trail head.

For just $5, ride up the lift and have a slide down the alpine slid. It's more fun than it looks! You can go tubing here in the winter too, but honestly I would just go for the slide alone.
