This is a good place to visit to get the history of Salt Lake City. You can learn about the religious settlers who arrived here in the 1800s and see the original buildings still used as the main religious centers in the Mormon religion.

A tiny, charming lake only open in the warmer months. Park at the top of the hill and hike down into the lake. Only recommended for those sturdy of foot. The mosquitoes come out at twilight so I recommend leaving before then.
