Excellent lightly-battered fish, comes with an unusually good coleslaw. Locally-owned so it's worth supporting... and the cook is a lovely guy.

Haven't tried the food yet but the Irish stew is supposed to be very good... the draft Guinness is superb!

There's a good 24hr supermarket... 1 mile walk from our house along pleasant side roads... for takeout, fresh fruit & veg, wine, interesting selection of foreign groceries. Remember you have a shelf in the painted fridge for leftovers.
