Great vibe - almost like sitting in the carribbean - and excellent food! Inexpensive Mexican/Peruvian cuisine and it's right by campus, foley field and stegeman coliseum.

It's right downtown and north campus is gorgeous. If you find yourself near downtown, have a walk by the arch and north campus. It's worth it just to see some of the trees - beautiful.
