Daegwallyeong Sheep Ranch
483-32 Daegwallyeongmaru-gil우리나라에서 유일한 양 목장입니다. 대관령휴게소 자리 뒤에 위치하고 있고 대관령 능선에 자리잡고 있어, 아름다운 구릉 위로 넓은 초지가 아주 인상적인 곳입니다.

The Samyang Ecogreen Campus is Asia's largest ranch, which stretches across grasslands measuring approximately 20 square kilometers. It was first developed in 1972 and completed in 1985. The vast expanse of gently sloping grasslands exudes a rustic feel and has served as a filming location of many movies and TV dramas. At the summit of Mount Sohwangbyeongsan-Daegwallyeong's highest point that meets the sky, the panoramic view of the entire ranch unfolds. The East Coast Observatory, located near the northeastern end of the ranch, offers a spectacular view of the city of Gangneung and the pristine waters of the East Sea.
