This is a pocket park lined with lovely landscaping and plenty of benches. It's centered around a fountain in the likeness of Ida Straus, who died with her husband, Isidor, when the Titanic went down. The model was Audrey Munson, who was New York's hottest model for a time (there's a cool 99% Invisible podcast about her life, if you're into that kind of thing).
