This is a place you have to visit during the day.

A great little cafe with the most amazing Vegetarian and Vegan food.
They cater for allergies with no fuss at all, specifically Gluten and dairy free options.
Eat in their tiny cafe in Padstow or their beautiful new cafe at Nansledan on your way to Newquay or pick up a picnic box to take to the beach or bring home.
This is my absolute favourite.
The coffee and cake is lovely too along with the gluten and dairy free peanut butter cakes.

A great place to visit if you are down that way about 50 mins away.
You could even get the train from St Austell to St Erth and take the little train in, truly stunning on a nice day.
Remember to sit on the right hand side of the little train for the views.
