The Mayor of Oak Park owns this wonderful place. Maya serves Latin Cuisine from different parts of the world. My absolute favorite are the nachos with sweet beef strips and also the shrimp and scallops dishes. The patio is a beautiful extension to the atmosphere and live music on Friday evenings is a must! Their hours are 4pm - 12am. Live music begins at 9pm. Walk ins welcome, but reservations recommended, especially on Fridays.
