Parks & Nature
At the bottom of Orville Street is the Kemp Woodland. This is an old growth woodlot the is preserved as a natural wilderness area. There is a walking trail that can be accessed from the trans Canada trail. Look for the stone marker about 100 m down the trail. Follow the paint marks on the trees. You are asked to please stay on the marked trail. This trail is not recommended for dogs. You will probably see deer and possibly coyotes. If you encounter a coyote it will probably avoid you. Just be sure not to engage with them or any pups.
