A nice paved neighborhood, with old style streetlights and nice arty drawings on the walls. Lively but not extremely touristy. The many bars and restaurants are traditionnaly co-owned by the workers.

Excellent restaurant, very different from the fake-chinese food usually displayed in most places of Paris. Not expensive at all, and always filled with chinese people. If you intend to go, do book.
