My favorite grocery store in town and probably the best Whole Foods I have been to so far! It's beautiful! The produce always seems to be great and I have found a lot of local produce, which I love. Also, the beer section where you can purchase refillable bottles and pick your beer is so fun and a great way to be adventurous and eco friendly at the same time. I have only encountered friendly employees and have gotten great quality food from them. Parking has always been easy for me with the underground garage as well.

What can be better than a nice dinner overlooking a lake? A dinner overlooking a lake with a beautiful sunset. This venue is huge to support lots of events, but their nightly event of serving up a spectacular sunset with dinner is definitely an attraction. The staff has making the view memorable down to a science. Sunset time is posted on their website daily and about 20 minutes before all umbrellas are removed so a clear view is available for all.

This venue is huge to support lots of events, but their nightly event of serving up a spectacular sunset with dinner is definitely an attraction. Probably one of the most fun parks I have ever been!
The trail itself is gorgeous that takes you through a nice creek and arrive at an open area where dogs and humans gather for some water fun.
I highly recommend taking your best furry friends there!

Walnut Creek Metropolitan Park

Arts & Culture
Very awe inspiring building with a lot of history. Outstanding guided tours are conducted every half an hour. Lovely dome that is apparently 7 feet higher than the Capitol Building in D.C. Texas always does things bigger than anyone else! Fantastic opportunity to see the Texas House of representatives in session dueling it out over various bills on the House floor. Great pictorial posters of each year's State Congressmen/women and Senators with baby photos of some of their grandchildren...some of those grandchildren also became state legislators.
