Our local pub. Two minutes walk. Good food, lovely atmosphere. Beer garden in summer, roaring fires in winter. Adnams and guest beers.

Sightseeing

The ship burial of King Raedwald, Saxon ruler of East Anglia, was Britain's most important archaeological find. The National Trust visitor centre and a walk round the burial mounds is a must.

This was the last commercially working tide mill in the UK and it has now been restored to working order. When tides permit the five metre English oak waterwheel turns again.
