The Sky garden is one of the best place where you can go for a stunning view. It's an huge terrace with a small bar and 2 luxury restaurant on top of the "Cell phone skyscraper".
You need to book your FREE entrance at least 15 days in advance. They have a limited number of tickets which is being released every 15 - 30 days.
