Former castle surrounded by the Order waters, which gave rise to the city, it is a wonderful architectural monument. The most magnificent of them are rebuilt after the war: Gothic cathedral-John the Baptist and the Church of the Holy Cross. There is also the Archdiocesan Museum- the oldest which preserves the historical continuity of any Museum in Wroclaw - over 100 years, it collects sacred monuments, which decommissioned cult, have a great historical and artistic value. Among them we can find Book of Henryków from the thirteenth-fourteenth century with the first sentence written in Polish.
