The city of Duluth has hiking, biking, skiing, rollarblading trails everywhere. There are several state parks within driving distance: Jay Cooke State Park, Gooseberry Falls State Park and the Split Rock Lighthouse. The Lake Superior Hiking Trail also passes through the entire area.

This is the place to see the fish and other animals that live in Lake Superior. It is very interactive and the kids will love the playing with the boats and getting wet in the exhibit.
