It might not be the BEST BBQ in Orlando, but it is close, affordable, and very delicious. The pulled pork sandwich is fantastic and this is the best place downtown to watch live sporting events.

Lake Eola is Orlando's Central Park. It is 3 blocks from the house and has a .8 mile walking path around it. In addition, there is a playground for the kids and a light show nightly at 9pm.

This is THE local bar on Orlando. The drinks are poured pretty stiff and the outdoor seating is right on the sidewalk, where there is great people watching.
