New Smyrna is a biodiverse place that is the home to so much wildlife. The National Seashore is 21 miles of undeveloped beaches and so beautiful! Walk up on Turtle Mound and get a 360 of Mosquito Lagoon and The Atlantic Ocean. See dolphins, native plants, birds, manatees, turtles, armadillos and so much more. There are 5 public parking lots along the ocean and other site seeing stations along the lagoon side. Surf fishing is great and if you are searching for an all over tan hit the nude beach at parking lot #5!!
