Every Saturday morning across the inlet and bike-able from the house. Make sure you stop by the crab stand (look for the Baltimore Ravens flag) and get a fried soft shell crab sandwich or gumbo. Market is well developed and you can find everything from fresh orchids, to food trucks and freshly baked macaroons.

10 minute walk for a little hidden gem in NSB. Easy on the wallet but packing a punch, we’ve enjoyed this place.

Huge deli sandwiches, a half is more than enough for one person if you order the cold. Panini style is smaller but just as delicious. Can take a few minutes to get order so we recommend ordering ahead and picking up on your way back to the house.

Some of the highest quality food in NSB for a nice night out. Entrees range from $15-$30 but there is a large list of appetizers an wines for something less formal. The seared salmon is a popular choice but don't overlook the filet either!

This is a nice bar stop during the day for a decent poke bowl or burger. The Tavern comes alive at night and is the "go-to" bar for dancing and live music. A wide variety of people enjoy the atmosphere late at night and is always a good time.

I am a total coffee nut and nothing makes me happier walking into a coffee house where they are roasting the coffee on sight, let along right next to the register where you may get lucky enough to watch the whole process. Selling whole bean (ground for you as well), cold brew, espresso, lattes, and beyond, this is a treasure of a coffee shop on NSB.

Great massages at reasonable rates. Overall experience only adds to the massages with multiple hot tubs and a pool open to customers of the spa for post-massage relaxation.

This is about a 45 minute drive from NSB, but well worth it for those looking to get an easy hike/walk in and see some Manatees hanging out during the winter months. The water temperature of Blue spring remains warmer than the ocean and draws in hundreds of manatees, which are viewed from a boardwalk built around the facility. There is also a 4-5 mile (1-way) out-and-back Sandy walking path within the park. Parking is $6. Do not be deterred by a long line of cars to get in, it is usually deceiving and parking can be found.

It's definitely a drive from NSB, but for the money, this is one of my favorite courses I've ever played. 27 holes and we'll worth the drive, Royal Saint Cloud is a treasure of a links course in Florida.

Great park that has a boardwalk leading to the ocean and pet friendly. I believe from the parking lot to the end of the beach and back is about a 3 mile loop. Daily pass is needed as this is a state/county park, available for purchase on site.
