The area is pretty busy with several bar/restaurants, supermarket, and it is not an area exclusively for tourists, no gentrification, the area is populated by locals, there are 4 bus stops and bike lanes all of them just outside the building;
You'll find wineries and bakeries and local restaurants and luckily the flat faces a green area so all of that remains outside of the door if you are looking for a quiet and silent place.
