Watkins Glen has Something for EVERYONE, In Every Season.
Every season in the Finger Lakes is Magical. From fresh green spring blossoms when our farmers markets are in full operation to the glistening snow covered hillsides. Watkins Glen is a four season destination. Tasting rooms bustle and engines roar at Watkins Glen International in the summer time. Swim, Sail, Kayak or cruise. Pick your speed and power source and head to the Lake! Until Harvest season comes and the teams are hopping into over drive. When temps drop there is still so much to explore.. Tasting rooms are less crowded. North and South Rim trails at the Gorge are open year round- as weather permits. Ice skating at Clute Memorial, frozen waterfalls, cross country skiing, or go for a hike in our public forest trails.

With more than a hundred shops, studios, galleries, and restaurants, as well as an abundance of unique and historic architecture, and awesome annual events like GlassFest— American Bus Association's 100 Best Events for 2016—Corning's Gaffer District is five blocks of flat-out-fun.
