This one is in our bucket list, haven't made it there yet; because the restuarant doesn't take reservation. Walk ins only. But the Indiana Jones themed vintage airplane looks fun and we really want to try their super loaded giant “Air Pirate”pretzel.

A very immersive Japanese Izakaya (where people hang out after work in Japan), their operating hour is also very Izakaya 5:30pm to 12am, location is about 20 miles from Four Corners area. The only problem is they do not take reservations, and you pretty much want to be there when they opened to get a seat, or the wait time is pretty much 1.5 hour and more.

I put this one under Theme resturant because their vegetables are on a revolving conveyer belt and they have a robot host to seat you. Sometimes you will hear the robot complaining about too much work! It's an all you can eat hot pot place where you get to pick your broth, cook your own food and create your own sauces.
