Our beautiful eco bnb looks out onto our peaceful and private garden, through which the Ashford Stream flows. The Annexe Barn is an eco-build, furnished to a very high standard, and feels like home from home. Look us up at Ecobnb . uk for a 3D tour of the space. Sheet is a quiet picturesque village, on the edge of Petersfield, and has several excellent pubs. We are within walking distance of the Petersfield train station/town centre. Bedales School, and Goodwood are within an easy drive.

The Annexe is a newly-built light and airy bedroom and bathroom with sitting area and tea and coffee making facilities (and fridge). It has underfloor heating and plenty of clothes storage space. Patio and table and chairs if outside space is wanted. Train station is a seven minute walk. Parking space. Ten minute walk into the centre of Petersfield. Great for weekend breaks, business, weddings, events, walking or cycling trips. Breakfast is available, when possible, by request as an extra.
