Just a handfull of minutes and you'll be in the renowned West Reading area, Santander Arena, major Hospitals and more. Drive a half hour and you'll be in Amish country, Outlet shopping, several Casinos and even more.

The Nicholas Stoltzfus Homestead is the oldest restored Amish property in Berks County, bought by Immigrant Nicholas Stoltzfus (ancestor of all Stoltzfus descendants in America) in 1771. You will be staying in a peaceful and cozy barn loft apartment with a private entrance beside the stone house. You can enjoy the flower gardens and birds, tour the house, take a bike ride or picnic on the lawn. Adjacent to the property is the Union Canal Towpath on the Tulpehocken Creek.

It was an old wood frame house built in the 1800's that we recently totally renovated. Each unit has a small kitchen counter with sink, microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker. It has an oversized recliner and a small desk. There is closet space and queen size bed. The view out the window is beautiful if you like nature.
