Walking distance to historic downtown Shiner, Welhausen Park and the Spoetzl Brewery. Come and enjoy yourself in the "cleanest little city in Texas." Our cottage is one big room with a queen size bed and shower/tub bathroom. It is set back from the street to the left of the "Sunshine House". We have a kitchenette with a full size coffee bar.

It has been in our family for nearly 40 years and is just steps from Welhausen Park, historic downtown Shiner, the Spoetzl Brewery and the beautiful Saint Cyril and Methodius Catholic Church. There is a party barn on the property available for use.
