This Cottage is located in the countryside surrounded by beautiful open fields. A place where you can bring the family to relax. There is also a public footpath where you can walk alongside an apple orchard and look out over mid devon. The cottage is nearby to working farms and hence, tractor sightings are prolific. The house is situated 13 minutes away from Exeter City Centre, and is central if you are wanting to explore, beaches in both North and South Devon. Dartmoor is also a short drive.

You will find a house full of character and a warm welcome from us, your hosts Liz and Nick, and our two greyhounds Bonnie and Ruairi. While only a few steps from the town centre we are also just minutes away from beautiful country views and ideally located for exploring Devon. The house has been undergoing a range of external repairs and we have yet to tackle the interior so whilst we can offer a clean and comfortable room please do not expect everything to be perfect.
