Surrounded by the Prescott National Forest, with hiking trails, riding trails (motorcycle, side by sides, and equestrian) The barn has a downstairs open floor plan, with bedroom, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, wood burning fireplace, smart tv, wifi, heat and air conditioning and laundry The bathroom is shared, but with separate entrances. The large sleeping loft is just up a spiral staircase. .

We are only 25 minutes from downtown Prescott with all its amenities, and then back home to the quiet, and amazing starry skies of Skull Valley.
