A bus stop is located directly outside this property, heading into Hamilton or the East End. There is a galley-style kitchen and outdoor table and chairs for two. It includes Wi-Fi, Netflix, washer and dryer, queen size bed and AC. While it is attached to a private residence, guests have their own entrance.

The apartment is close to the beautiful John Smiths Bay beach - a 5 minute walk away. The pool is on the property and around the back from the apartment.
The apartment has a queen bed and its own bathroom + shower. It is next to our house in a spacious yard in a quiet residential neighbourhood. Bus stop is a 3 minute walk and a grocery store is a 12 minute walk away. We have a Labrador that roams the property.
