A must for foodies, alongside the more local Tristans. Book and go for the nine courses! For those with more modest appetites, there is also a five course menu - each an experience not to be missed. The atmosphere, styling of the decor as well as the food, and imaginative creative are a treat not to be missed, even if it means eating baked beans for the next month!

An exceptional fine dining experience, this Michelin star restaurant is worth booking in advance of your stay if you have a special occasion in mind. Based in Dorking, Surrey, there is limited on-site parking but public car parking is available in the town.
