Located on the original rural edge of Armidale, now a downtown site, it is light, airy and spacious, with an extra large bedroom with open storage, a desk and comfortable chair. The lounge room has a large 4K Smart TV and a comfy couch and chair. There is a large dining table and an outside area with some easy chairs.
