Garden level mountainside 1-bedroom. Sleeps up to 4 guests. Only three blocks to the Silver Queen Gondola and downtown Aspen. Off-street parking! Recently remodeled pool and hot tub! Though the condo is mountainside in location, there are no views from the condo windows.

******The Homeowner Association prohibits rental guests from bringing any animals into this home, please do not ask as we are not able to make exceptions. Please be aware a fine of $1000 will be imposed for all unauthorized animals******

The Aspen Mountain Residences (Formerly Hyatt Grand Aspen) is just steps away from the Ajax Mountain Gondola, as well as all the shops and restaurants in the picturesque town of Aspen. Rental includes transportation to/from Aspen Airport, Local Shuttle Service, Housekeeping, Wireless Internet, Bike/Ski Valet, use of common area Pool, Hot Tubs and Fitness Center, as made available by the resort. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.
