This is a single room with bed, chest of draws and one wardrobe, own TV and shared bathroom, use of kitchen with tea and coffee available. The room also has another wardrobe for personal storage and occasional access is required. Close to Bedfordshire Police HQ, 40 mins walk from Bedford Hospital and a couple of miles from the Centre of Bedford. Good bus routes. The house is generally kept at 19° to 20° in the day and 16° to 17° at night. If you like a hot house please bear this in mind.
