Step back into history to the romantic elegance of days past. Construction of this classic Queen Anne Style Mansion was began in 1899 and finished in 1903. The Ferris Mansion is a George Barber design #129 from the Modern Dwelling Catalog built by George and Julia Ferris. Meticulous restoration of this gem began in 1978 after it had been turned into apartments and neglected for many years. My family has owned and loved this home for 42 years now. I closed B&B 4 yrs ago, no longer make breakfast.

The Cozy Place
