Our guests are welcome to use our newly refurbished kitchen, dining and seating space as well as relax in our sun trap of a south facing garden.

In an Heritage Site close to the Bognor Regis Pier and the Beach. Play MiniGolf, have your Palm read and enjoy the amusements on the Pier. Fishing from the Pier is a popular pass time. The Town Centre, Rail Station, Alexandra Theater and the famous (reasonably priced) Picturedome cinema are all 5/10 minutes walk away. Chichester University, based in Bognor, is a very convenient 10/15 minute walk away. Many of my clients have attended interviews or short courses.
