The Forest of Dean, Cotswolds, Cheltenham Spa, Historic Tewkesbury, and Gloucester Docks/ Kingsholm are a short drive away. Ideal if you are looking for a peaceful base. Daffodil cottage orchard is part of a scheduled ancient monument. Good base for Cheltenham's international festivals as well as Gold Cup week.
