The large Smart TV Swivels to face the bed or over to the living room area. There is plenty of seating room. The table can be a desk or a dining area. There is a nice yard w horseshoes and a pond if you like to fish

The Boot Lip Cabin at High Waders
Take it easy at this unique Duck Cabin. Located right in the middle of prime duck hunting in northeast AR. Only a short drive to Dave Donaldson Wildlife area and the Black and Current Rivers. This is a perfect sportsman’s location. Although we don’t provide the guides, are several local outfitters in the area.

Located on bank of beautiful Current River. Nice boat dock. Can hunt, swim, fish or float river. 6 miles to historic downtown Pocahontas, Arkansas. Deck that overlooks the river with a barbecue grill. Great place for duck hunters. Very close to the Dave Donaldson Wildlife Refuge.
