We are keeping it simple for you to enjoy a peaceful stay in our Cozy Cottage, centrally located in Denison, Iowa. Our goal is to provide you with a carefree stay in our 2 bedroom and 1 bath home. Full kitchen, stove, refrigerator/freezer, Keurig Coffee maker, microwave + Washer/Dryer. We hope you also explore all of what the town has to offer; the aquatic center (which is within walking distance) and going Uptown to the shops, restaurants, and the Donna Reed Theater. YellowSmoke Park too!

Located one hour from Omaha in the scenic Loess Hills of Iowa, this newly remodeled studio apartment above the garage has a large deck and a beautiful valley view overlooking my hometown. With a queen bed, a pull-out sofa, full kitchen, shower in bathroom, laundry, and gas fireplace, the apt. is attached by an elevated deck to the main house, my childhood home, (which my husband and I call our "Hilltop Hospitality House"). We are excited to welcome gracious guests to this lovely space.
