Spectacular newly built apartment with two bedrooms, 2 large private terraces and a community pool. It is located in Benahavis, in La Quinta urbanization, close to La Quinta golf course, a very quiet area with lots of vegetation. This bright apartment has a very careful decoration. Upon entering the apartment, we find a large living room with an integrated kitchen, with all the necessary utensils for day to day. The living room is equipped with a sofa, armchairs, side table and Smart TV, as well as a dining table with capacity for 4 people. From the living room there is access to a first terrace that has a dining table and a sofa area. From this terrace we can go up to a second terrace by some stairs. The upstairs terrace is one of the most pleasant parts of the house, where you can enjoy the wonderful weather that the Costa del Sol offers most of the year. It faces West and is equipped with a dining area, sofa area and some comfortable loungers where you can sunbathe. Returning to the apartment, we find the two bedrooms. The first has two single beds of 80 cm x 200 cm and a built-in wardrobe. From this room we can access the terrace downstair. Next to this bedroom we find the first complete bathroom with shower. The second bedroom, which is the main bedroom, is very spacious and has an en-suite bathroom, a 150 cm x 200 cm double bed and a built-in wardrobe. In addition, the building has a common pool open all year with hammocks and parasols where you can sunbathe, making this a perfect area to enjoy a relaxing and unwinding holiday. In addition, the urbanization is located just 5 minutes from San Pedro de Alcantara, 15 minutes from the beach and 20 minutes from Marbella by car. The apartment also has a free private parking space for the use of our guests. ** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month.
