If you want to be close to the beach and JBays famous surfing spots then this 45 sqm ground floor cottage is the perfect escape. The cottage is situated at the rear of the propery, separate entrance. It has a large bedroom with a small ensuite bathroom (shower), kitchenette, lounge and private outdoor space with a fire pit / braai area. It is a mere 50m walk to the beach and close to the Green Garden coffee shop at Lower Point. Parking space provided. Pets are allowed (2 dogs max).

The bedroom has a double bed with an ensuite bathroom. There is a braai (BBQ) and use of the swimming pool for guests.
