You’ll have complete privacy in this separate accommodation, but we live next door so if there is anything you need, we’re only a message (or knock) away. The annexe comes complete with its own kitchenette to prepare simple meals using the microwave and toaster. Tea and coffee making facilities, fruit juice, cereals and milk are also provided. There is a TV in the bedroom for watching iPlayer, Netflix or other TV apps. Patio available for sunny days!

We are live in hosts: Kathy & Andrew; we have a lovely double room in our home in Delapre. Northampton Town Centre & Cultural Quarter is 20 minutes walk or 5 minutes by car, bus route 1 minute walk from our house, the Delapre Abbey, Golf Course and Rushden Lakes nearby. Super fast WiFi throughout, Virgin TV in conservatory & Freeview and Netflix in conservatory, lounge and bedroom. Free parking on driveway and lockable bike/scooter store available. We have a cat - not allowed upstairs.
