This apartment is located on and overlooks the Kanawaha River. It is a one bedroom, with a living room, and bath, and a kitchen ready and furnished. It is located minutes away from the "Cathedral Falls", and "Hawks Nest" an overview looking down from a lofty mountain upon the winding "New River" coming out of NC. It is an awesome sight. This is a hikers paradise. It is also a great stop through on your way to another location. Dine on our picnic table, relax around fire pit or charcoal grill.

Your journey here begins with a door code that means you can arrive anytime after check-in. You don’t have to rush to meet someone! The apartment is located on the bank of the Kanawha River which yields some beautiful river mountain sights right out of your windows. Toiletries and kitchen wares are provided as well as bedding. There are great sights to visit, Falls, State Parks, Hawks Nest overlooking NR, New River Gorge Bridge, oldest Grist Mill and more. People love the trails, and hiking!

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place we call Travelers Rest. Grill and dine on the bank with a vacation view! Fish, hike and see Cathedral Falls, the newest State Park NRG. Check my guidebook out. Smart tv, WiFi, and basics in toiletries, towels, bedding, and kitchen cookware all supplied and coffee! We have 3 apartments which if aligned with our calendar could accommodate up to 11 persons. This community is safe. You can walk and ride bikes.
