Close to amenities, Harlaxton Manor, Belton House, Belvoir Castle, business parks & 10-15 mins walk to the station, 1 hour from London Kings Cross. Easy access to the A1, A46, A52. The house is comfortable and relaxing. The bedroom is on the top floor with powerful shower in the Jack'n'Jill en-suite

Double first floor room with a private bathroom next to it and wifi access in a detached house with its own private drive for parking. The house is in a quiet housing estate on a main Grantham to Lincoln bus route on the edge of Grantham. We are also five minutes walk from a lovely park with paths that lead into the centre of town. Grantham Hospital is 5 minutes drive from here as is the beautiful Belton House. Grantham is situated centrally between Lincoln, Nottingham and Stamford.

With an interior design/architecture and antiques obsession, you will never be short of something to look at. Its only a 10 min walk from the station or a 5 min drive off the A1. It is also less than a 5 minute walk into town with everything on your doorstep.
