Beautiful 1BR in a wooded setting
You won’t want to leave this charming, one-of-a-kind home. 75 yr old farmhouse on a private 30 acres. We butt up to a vineyard. We do have animals two Husky mixes, a pocket dog and a behemoth cat. All the animals are cuddle bugs. There is a gate at the top of the stairs to the bedrooms to prevent the dogs from entering the private spaces. The gate however, does not prevent cats from entering the area. You are welcome to utilize the chefs kitchen and smoker grill.

You may smoke there if you like ( please ask for an ashtray 🙂) Close to train, shopping, and Philadelphia airport, etc. Short walk to Ridley Park Lake and school running track. The clean modern master bath will be shared.
