Large bedroom on first floor of period townhouse in central Hay. Superking size bed, wooden floors and ensuite shower and WC. Tea and coffee-making facilities provided. The room has a Toshiba smart TV, wifi and radio.
Parking is via the alleyway shown in our photos which isn't suitable for massive vehicles, but to give you an idea, we have a Landrover Freelander 4x4 which is fine with the mirrors tucked in! We can easily direct you to alternative options nearby (including free) if needed.

The perfect place to stay as a couple or by yourself when visiting Hay.
From the Tiny Townhouse it is only a short walk up Brook St to the centre of town passing Brook St Pottery & Booths Cinema. Closer to home is The Globe, an old converted chapel turned Restaurant. The house is very cosy yet modern with an open plan ground floor with kitchen whilst the upstairs bedroom has a kingsize bed & a large walk in shower in the bathroom. At the back of the property there is access for bike storage.

This self-contained studio is the perfect location for cycling, canoeing, gliding, horse riding, fishing, wild swimming, and exploring the Black Mountains, Brecon Beacons and Wye Valley. A footpath at the door, with just a 5 min walk to the river and approx. 1 mile to the Offa's Dyke path which takes you to Hay Bluff. Very pleasant footpath/ bike route to the town .
Bike storage on request, CCTV cameras on premises and free car park space provided.
