This cottage will comfortably accommodate two adults, there is also a laddered sleeping loft. Adjacent to Indian Lake State Park.

Enjoy evening fires by the fire pit or head out to the local favorite spots for adults. Walking distance to boating, fishing, or just letting the kids play on the playground. For the adults, local hot spots like Froggy's and the Tilton Hilton are a few minutes drive away. Mad River Mountain is 25-30 minute drive for those who like skiing in the winters.

Our place is located on a channel with easy access to the main lake, many restaurants and Old Field Beach. You’ll love our place because of the location, cottage feel, fenced in yard with a stamped concrete patio and fire pit. Kayaks, outdoor dining set, fire pit utensils, Blackstone griddle and Culligan water. While we do have well water, we also had a new water softener and water heater installed in 2022. Newly added 5 person Hot Tub! Only available during the winter months.
