We will meet at the "Angel de Independencia" between early morning to escape the city chaos. Our group will have private comfortable transportation. We will stop for an early breakfast in Actopan, a city halfway to our destination. The day is divided into three parts. Pool Tranquility: Start your day relaxing a while in the “pocitos”; naturally warm thermal pools that provide astounding views that soothe & clear the body and mind –perfect for “the gram.” River Relaxation: Next, the turquoise-colored river is well-managed and is naturally warm due to the thermal springs, a complete relaxing experience. Lunch will be alongside the river (weather permitting). Cave Exploration: Finally, you will see awe-inspiring waterfalls and unexpected adventure that our guests have described as “life changing.” We will head out by 5:30PM arriving between 9-10:00PM, full of new experiences and photos to share with envious family/friends. Nuestro recorrido está enfocado de manera respetuosa con la comunidad y el medio ambiente es decir es: cultural, histórico y ecológico, este no es un tour de barcos de fiesta. VEREMOS: La Catedral, construida en el siglo XVI. Después visitaremos el mercado principal donde verán piñatas y diversos productos, frutas y verduras. Después visitaremos una pulquería típica donde probaremos "pulque" una bebida milenaria, prehispánica, con 4 grados de alcohol, elaborada con la sabia fermentada de una planta de agave, si no bebes alcohol no te preocupes tenemos opciones sin alcohol. Finalizaremos con un relajante paseo de 1.5 horas en bote "trajinera", iremos por unos canales ecológicos bellos y tranquilos, durante el paseo podrán apreciar la fauna: patos, garzas y ajolotes. Con nuestro amigo Mario aprenderemos sobre agricultura y construcción de las islas flotantes "chinampas" que se siguen usando para el cultivo de flores, verduras y árboles. Bajaremos a conocer una chinampa en donde está la réplica de la isla de las muñecas para escuchar las leyendas sobre fantasmas que hay en Xochimilco. During this experience, you will learn to cook the famous "tacos al pastor" with my dad, a professional instructor and culinary artist, who will share his tips and recipes with you. We'll meet at the local market to buy ingredients and learn more about Mexican spices and food. Then we'll return to my family home, where you will learn how to marinate the meat for the tacos. You will prepare red salsa, green salsa, and guacamole, and make your own tortillas on the traditional Mexican "Comal"—a smooth, flat griddle. At the end, we'll put everything together to make the tacos, sit and enjoy what you have prepared, and learn a little more about Mexican gastronomy. Other things to note We will send later, the recipes through email. You can take the class in English, Spanish, or French. We can also offer a chicken and a vegetarian version.

Nuestro tour te llevará a explorar las salas maya, azteca y Teotihuacán, donde descubrirás la grandeza y la diversidad de las antiguas civilizaciones mesoamericanas. En la sala Maya, maravíllate con la sofisticación y la majestuosidad de una de las civilizaciones más destacadas de Mesoamérica. Iniciaremos nuestro recorrido a las 9 am, esto lo hacemos para aprovechar el día, recuerda que el tour incluye el transporte tanto de ida como de vuelta a tu hospedaje. Una vez a bordo, nos dirigiremos al increíble lugar de Xochimilco, aqui navegaremos por sus ríos y mientras eso sucede a nuestro alrededor tendremos un show de mariachi. Posterior a ello nos trasladaremos a Coyoacán iniciaremos nuestra visita recorriendo sus calles, créeme que es un lugar mágico que estoy seguro te va a fascinar, tendremos tiempos de recorrer el mercado de Coyoacan, algo que hace increíble a este lugar es que en todo el recorrido podrás tomar las mejores fotos. Pasaremos a una cafetería que se llama Jarocho, aqui podrás degustar de un churro mas una taza de chocolate y café. We start with a short simple tasting to introduce you to the basics of the spirit then before you know it, you'll be layering flavours and building the cocktail of your dreams based on your own tastes and choices, all whilst mastering some cheeky tricks of the trade along the way. For the doubters out there who're not sure whether or not they even like mezcal... let us help you fall in love, you won't be dissappointed! And for those who prefer the virgin alternative, we can happily guide you through the creation of delicious mocktails instead. The entire Experience takes place in our beautiful, purpose-designed private bar, Salón Rosario, in the charismatic and central neighbourhood of Roma Norte. A completely safe space where you can simply relax and enjoy. Please note that we do not provide food so recommend that you eat something beforehand... our cocktails are not for the faint-hearted! Our mixed, public groups have a capacity of 8 and in general are at 4pm and 8pm everyday.
