We are based only 300m from the port of Karlovasi, near to the famous beaches of Mikro & Megalo Seitani, Potami beach and waterfalls.

Port is near the house(almost 1,5 km).Το σπίτι είναι διαμορφωμένο ώστε να φιλοξενηθεί άνετα μια τετραμελής οικογένεια με μικρά παιδιά.Στον χώρο του σαλονιού υπάρχει γκάμα λογοτεχνικών βιβλίων,για όσους είναι λάτρεις της ανάγνωσης, μέσα ή έξω από το σπίτι.Υπάρχει TV και υπολογιστής για τους σινεφίλ αφού υπάρχει wifi.Η παραλία(beach)βρίσκεται περίπου 200 m.από το σπίτι.

The house is located very centraly in Neo Karlovasi, a couple of minutes walk from the central square. It is in a very nice, picturesque, colourful and traditional neighborhood of the town. It is halfway uphill providing with stunning views over Karlovasi from the small yard that is just outside the house. The yard is accessible to the guests, with all the accessories (bbq, table, chairs etc). Enjoy magnificent sunsets from the yard or the front window of the house
