Good place to stay private bathroom

The house is newly built so very fresh very neutral still need to put my personality into it. it has private off road parking wifi guest are free to use the facilities, I do provide free tea and coffee. the house is at the end of the grove up a gravel driveway, the house on the right hand side with a parking space just outside the door. It is very quiet, and close to local amenities and shops. Close to Hanley and Stoke on Trent, about a 30 minute drive to alto towers 20 minutes on a good day.

The room overlooks trees, birds & squirrels! A bathroom for sole use is next door & study space is also available. Share living room/TV & kitchen diner with me & the cat! Outside is the beginning of an edible garden I’m creating, mixing flowers, fruit & veg to use & enjoy. Long term stays & also home cooked dinners negotiable! One minute to the regular bus to/from Keele & town for the hospital & station. Am new to Airbnb so welcome feedback! :)
