Big room in country close to Paris

Bedroom 12 m² with fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers and storage spaces. TV in bedroom, DVD player and desk (see photos) Wifi in the house. The price include sheets and towels, tea, coffee, sugar... We shared the dining room, the kitchen and the bathroom. The house is located in a nice green area like country town, Lovely view from the bedroom window. You can see the field and football ground, next to it tennis courts. Swimming pool close by to the house. Very nice garden that you can appreciate and use. There is a washing machine if needed and kitchen facilities that you can use : kettle, coffee maker, toaster etc... You can make yourself something to eat in the kitchen if you wish. For transport easy access to Paris, bus 405 at 200 m from the house and it will taking you less than 10 mn to go to Evry Courcouronnes station and in 30 mn by train you are in Gare de Lyon. (central of Paris) - The daily "mobilis" pass cost € 16,60 - The weekly pass "Navigo semaine" cost € 21,25 (monday to sunday) - The monthly pass "Navigo" zone 1-5 : costs 70€ . Last bus from Evry Courcouronnes to Lisses is at 10.00 PM. If you come back too late from Paris to catch the bus you can still take a taxi from Evry Courcouronnes station to Lisses for around 12€ depending on the time. Close distance walk to the house there is a lake and around the lake you have a beautiful running path with free outdoor fitness activities. There is a pharmacy, a bakery, a pool, a bank, a post office and a supermaket within walking distance from the house. mall just a short 10 mn bus ride away. Very nice and friendly atmosphere in the family. We have 3 cats: Jack, Lucky and Diego.
